MISSION STATEMENT

Providing staff development, technical assistance, and information resources to public school personnel in western Cook County, Illinois. West 40, through its understanding of regional needs and state educational issues, responds to the needs of schools and provides the best local resource for the full range of school improvement and support services.

PROGRAM LOCATIONS

All programs meet at West 40 unless otherwise indicated. Room locations will be announced in confirmation letters for individual dates.

Most programs meet in West 40's classroom, 2nd Floor West - 2701 W. Washington Blvd, IL 60104

Please arrive 30 minutes before the beginning time of the program to allow time for registration.

WEST 40 HOURS

West 40 Intermediate Service Center is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. The office is closed most school holidays, but is open during school vacations.

THE GOVERNING BOARD

The Governing Board is made up of educational leaders from the West 40 region.
