TEAM APPROACH :
Through the coordination of school experiences, community resources, individual goal setting, and family support classes, the program weaves positive support into the fabric of each student's life. After the student demonstrates significant and his or her family has been offered support strategies and resources, a transition plan is created and implemented to facilitate the return of the student to the home school.
