She holds a Master’s in Education and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, bringing both research-based insights and real-world experience to her work. A strong advocate for literacy, she is passionate about ensuring all students have access to high-quality education that prepares them for lifelong success. As a member of the School Improvement Team, she takes pride in facilitating reflective feedback, supporting data-driven decision-making, and helping schools implement structures that lead to lasting improvement.
