This academy equips instructional leaders with deep knowledge of the Danielson 2022 Framework for Teaching, emphasizing the key shifts from the 2013 edition. Participants will analyze domain-specific updates, explore the six cross-cutting themes (with equity as the anchor), and examine how the updated framework elevates culturally responsive, student-centered instruction. Through interactive protocols, jigsaw analysis, and teach-back simulations, leaders will build the capacity to coach, evaluate, and lead effective implementation of the updated rubric within their schools and districts.
