This academy gives administrators practical tools to identify effective PreK to 2 instruction, support teachers, and align developmentally appropriate practices with district goals. Learn how to use the Danielson Framework, KIDS data, and research-based strategies to improve outcomes for all students, including English learners and students with disabilities. If you're ready to move beyond worksheets and build real instructional momentum, this session delivers what you need.
