AA4226: How You Can Use AI to Advance Your Equity Work & Manage Impact

This dynamic, hands-on training empowers school and district leaders to move beyond the AI hype and harness technology as a strategic driver for equity, innovation, and systemic change. Across three interactive sessions, participants will explore the history and future of AI in education, uncover its ethical and equity implications, and learn practical ways to integrate AI into daily administrative work.

Through real-world scenarios, guided exploration, and actionable planning, leaders will gain tools to: identify and address equity gaps in AI adoption, facilitate courageous conversations that build staff buy-in and reduce fear, leverage AI for inclusive communication, data-informed decision-making, and streamlined workflows, create implementation plans that reflect ethical leadership and cultural responsiveness.
