Dr. Sonya Spaulding is an energetic, research-savvy, and data-driven educator who has dedicated her career to serving communities in diverse roles including super-substitute, classroom teacher, technology supervisor, assistant principal, and assistant superintendent.

She specializes in cultivating positive school cultures and is deeply skilled in the Danielson Framework for Teaching (2022) and Evaluator PLTs, supporting administrators in calibrating teacher ratings and evaluation cycles. Passionate about leveraging data for improvement, Dr. Spaulding thrives on conducting “data digs” around the 5Essentials framework to drive actionable insights.
