Mallory Lawler is a Professional Learning Specialist at West40 ISC#2, specializing in instructional coaching, mentoring, and social-emotional learning. She partners with educators to strengthen instructional practices and support student SEL, helping schools create engaging and inclusive learning environments. Building on over a decade of experience as a classroom teacher and instructional coach, Mallory also shares her expertise at national conferences, where she has presented on SEL and civic engagement. She was honored with the Illinois State Board of Education Award of Excellence in 2024.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, or relaxing with a good book and cup of coffee.
