Suzy Dees serves as Senior Director of Professional Learning at West40 ISC, leading a dedicated team that supports 40 districts across western Cook County. With a focus on belonging, innovation, and continuous improvement, she designs and facilitates professional learning, coaches leaders, and builds collaborative cultures that drive lasting impact. A former teacher, central office leader, and state-level administrator, Suzy is also pursuing her doctorate (completion August 2026) with research on Grow Your Own teacher pathways to strengthen recruitment, retention, and diversity in the educator pipeline.
