The demolition of the former St. Joseph High School's north building in Westchester is nearing completion as West40 remains focused on turning the existing south building into a state-of-the-art residential school.





JULY 8: Demolition of the north building of St. Joseph High School began in early summer.







JULY 8: The process of removing the existing structures and hauling away the rubble was expected to last several months.







AUGUST 7: None of the former structures were standing by early August.








AUGUST 7: All that remained of the former school were piles of rubble and sections of the foundation.









SEPTEMBER 5: Crews were hauling away the last piles of old building materials.









SEPTEMBER 5: The foundation had been completely removed, leaving behind a bowl of dirt.
