AA4106: Enhancing Leadership Through Brief Effective Walkthroughs and Feedback

This course aims to enhance administrators' capacity for conducting meaningful observations and providing impactful feedback through brief focused walkthroughs, coaching, and interrater reliability practices. Centered around Marzano's Art and Science of Teaching and John Hattie's feedback strategies, participants will learn to create a culture of trust, elevate leadership practices, and apply targeted feedback mechanisms to support all student groups. The program combines theoretical insights with practical application, preparing leaders to implement effective observation and feedback routines that foster a positive school culture and continuous improvement.
