This course is designed for school administrators who are within three years of retirement and are looking to develop a strategic plan for both their personal transition and the continued success of their organization. Administrators in their final years often shift their focus toward leaving a lasting legacy, maintaining institutional stability, and ensuring a seamless transition for their successor.

Through structured discussions, case studies, and hands-on planning activities, participants will explore the essential components of retirement preparation, including leadership succession, organizational sustainability, financial planning, and personal well-being. This course will provide a systematic approach to assessing an institution's future needs while equipping outgoing leaders with the tools to mentor and support incoming administrators effectively.
