Leading with Literacy is a one-day Administrator Academy designed to equip Illinois school and district leaders with a deep understanding of the Science of Reading and the Illinois Comprehensive Literacy Plan. Participants will explore research-based instructional strategies across all grade levels, analyze classroom video examples using customized "Look-Fors," and collaborate on ways to support high-quality literacy instruction in their schools. Administrators will leave with clear tools to guide observations, deliver constructive feedback, and implement the state's literacy goals with fidelity.
