  • JOE GAGE

Senior Director of Student Programs < Back JOE GAGE Senior Director of Student Programs With 23 years in education, I have had the privilege of serving as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal in both traditional and alternative school settings. Now, as Senior Director of Student Programs at West40, my primary focus is to support and empower the incredible team members who lead the diverse programs within our Continuum of Student Services. I am deeply proud to be part of the West40 family and the mission we collectively share—to uplift students by providing the resources, opportunities, and encouragement they need to succeed. I firmly believe that every student success story is a team effort. I’m honored to be a part of that team and to play a role in making a positive impact on a student's life. Beyond my work, you’ll often find me cheering on my daughters from the stands, enjoying live music, playing billiards, or tackling DIY projects around the house. Whether at work or play, I believe in bringing passion, enthusiasm, and a sense of humor to everything I do. Main Office Previous Next
