Arrival & Parking

The facility features a gated parking lot accessible via two main entrances:

• Primary Entrance: Located at the corner of Bataan Dr and S Fourth Ave.

• Secondary Entrance: Located on S Fifth Ave, mid-block between Bataan Dr and Lexington St.

• Designated Parking: Accessible parking spaces are available within the gated lot near the building entrances.

Building Entrance

• Location: The Main Office entrance is located on the north side of the building, facing the parking lot/Bataan Dr.

• Identification: Look for the double glass doors featuring the large white WEST40 logo and a black awning above. Buzz the doorbell to the right of the door for entry.

Accessibility Features

• Elevator: There is an elevator available inside to provide access to the second floor.

• Path of Travel: The entrance is at ground level, providing a step-free path from the parking lot into the main lobby.
