Principal Evaluator Professional Practice Initial Training & Retraining (Required for Initial Principal Evaluators).
(*AA4050 replaces 2000 for the initial principal training AND the retraining combo of 1865 & 3000). As of July 1, 2024 both 1865 and 2000 will sunset and no longer be offered in the state of Illinois. AA3000 will still be offered as a Student Growth academy. (but only for Teacher Evaluator Retraining)
Participants will synthesize the School Leader Paradigm to understand the personal intelligences, knowledge, and skills necessary for school leaders to effectively lead a learning organization; evaluate the research base to communicate the impact that effective school leaders have on a learning organization; analyze the School Leader Evaluation Plan to discern how the process grows school leaders' personal intelligences and leadership skills that actualize school improvement and student growth goals; and critique Professional Practice…
