This academy will equip school administrators with the skills and strategies needed to build, sustain, and leverage professional networks to enhance school leadership effectiveness. Participants will explore the role of networking in professional growth, resource acquisition, school improvement, and advocacy. Through interactive discussions, case studies, and hands-on activities, administrators will develop a personalized networking plan to strengthen connections with educators, policymakers, and community stakeholders.

Administrators must attend 6 meetings required (1hr each) of networking to receive Administrator Academy Credit.
