AA4176: Ready, Set, Retire: A Personal & Professional Journey for School Administrators

Two Sessions: Thursday, July 30, 2026 and Thursday, August 6, 2026   

This training will included (1hr) of pre-work reading, (4hrs) of contact time and (1hr) of your application/dissemination.    

9:30am - 11:30am each day

This course is designed for school administrators who are within three years of retirement and are looking to develop a strategic plan for both their personal transition and the continued success of their organization. Administrators in their final years often shift their focus toward leaving a lasting legacy, maintaining institutional stability, and ensuring a seamless transition for their successor.

This training will have one hour of pre-work of reading, four hours of contact time and then one hour of your application/dissemination.

Your attendance is required for the duration of this training to receive credit.
