AA4180:Best Practices for Professional Development: Empowering School Leaders

This Administrator Academy explores how to design and facilitate high-impact professional development grounded in The PD Book by Elena Aguilar, the Learning Forward Standards, and the science of adult learning. Participants will examine strategies for aligning PD to school improvement goals, engage in protocols that promote adult reflection and collaboration, and experience practices that foster meaningful, lasting learning for school leaders. Time will be dedicated to applying these strategies to participants' current contexts, ensuring the work translates directly into action.
