Area 3 & 4 ROE 17 (Bloomington) Continuous Improvement Bootcamp

Join us for an exclusive, first look at ALIGNED, the newly rebranded IARSS Continuous Improvement Framework, designed to strengthen and support school improvement efforts across Illinois. This two-day, no-cost bootcamp is специально designed for ROE/ISC Professional Learning Specialists, Content Specialists, and Instructional Coaches who are leading and supporting continuous improvement work in their regions.

Participants will engage deeply with the brand-new ALIGNED Handbook—an all-in-one resource filled with practical tools, ready-to-use materials, and strategic supports to guide schools through a continuous improvement journey grounded in systems thinking, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

This bootcamp emphasizes flexibility and access—while each session is aligned to specific areas, participants are welcome to attend any location that best fits their schedule.
