Coaching for Equity Book Study

West40 is hosting a Coaching for Equity book study by Elena Aguilar created and curated for Instructional Leaders working to transform their practice, take action and commit to interrupting inequities in schools. 

Participants will utilize the research of Transformational Coaching expert Elena Aguilar and prioritize connection, compassion, curiosity and courage.

Participants will engage virtually in whole group and small group discussions.

For a fee of $200, participants will actively engage in monthly conversation from 8:00-9:15 am.
