Anna Mae Grams-Pullappally joined the Professional Learning team at West 40 in July of 2024. As a Professional Learning Specialist, she will focus on continuous improvement. With a career spanning 25 years in education within Chicago, she has held diverse roles including teacher, school leader, and instructional and distributed leadership specialist. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time courtside at her daughter’s volleyball games, exploring the zoo with her husband, and relaxing with her Kindle alongside her rescue dogs. Anna Mae’s commitment to education is underscored by a strong belief in the power of collaboration to foster environments where leaders, teachers, and students can thrive together, driving continuous improvement across schools.
