Nimisha Bhatt, Ed.D. is a seasoned educator with over 32 years of experience in teaching, school leadership, curriculum coordination, and continuous improvement consulting within schools across Missouri and Illinois. Her dedication to transforming schools with the highest needs drives her work at West40, where she excels in supporting schools and districts with expertise in organizational leadership, continuous improvement processes, teacher effectiveness, and ensuring equitable opportunities for all students in curriculum, instruction, and assessment.

Dr. Bhatt earned her doctorate in Educational Leadership, Administration and Supervision from Loyola University, and holds both a master’s and specialist’s degree in Educational Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Bhatt takes great joy in being a mom and cherishing quality time with her adult children, nieces, and nephews—often engaging in board and card game sessions. She is also an avid crafter, finding creative fulfillment in various crafting projects.
