GARFIELD
Professional Learning Consultant
Dr. Tracey Garfield is an educator with 29+ years of experience including district, network and school-level instructional coaching. She has served as a building administrator at both the elementary and high school level as well as network Instructional Support Leader, reading specialist and a district literacy coordinator. Her passion and jam coincide in building strong and sustainable relationships among teams and within teams as well as serving as a thought partner with school leaders, especially assistant principals. Her “why” has always been the students in the school communities where she was fortunate to serve: helping students to dream, pursue and achieve what they can conceive once they know of POSSIBILITIES that exist just beyond what they see.
Exposure + Education = REALITY
Dr. Garfield earned her doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction from Loyola University Chicago and holds a postgraduate degree from Dominican University. She is the very proud mother of one adult son who THRIVES with autism and from whom she has learned the greatest life lessons.
