Mapping West40's Next Five Years

As West40 wraps up the fifth year of our current five-year Strategic Plan, members of our Cabinet have begun work on creating a roadmap for the next five years.

This includes synthesizing survey results submitted by internal staff, students, and external stakeholders as well as focus group feedback gathered over the past twelve months, into key findings.

These key findings fall into categories such as: what is working, what is not working, and how should we evolve?

The findings will form the basis of the path West40 charts for the next Strategic Plan.

"As we analyze data, it's important to triangulate information across multiple sources. When we hear the same themes consistently from different stakeholder groups, it gives us confidence that those areas should be key priorities as we plan for years six through ten of West40's Strategic Plan," said Dr. Jayme Tighe, Assistant Executive Director of West40.

Work on the plan will continue throughout much of 2026 with the goal of making it official in August.
