Open for Business - StitchED at West40

West40 is excited to announce the opening of StitchED at West40, a student-powered embroidery studio where learning meets craftsmanship and your custom embroidery comes to life.

Our shop was created to bridge the gap between education and career readiness. It provides an opportunity for students to bring designs to life for schools, districts, community partners, and local businesses under the guidance of skilled mentors. Additionally, students gain real-world experience in production, customer service, entrepreneurship and career pathways beyond the classroom.

StitchED at West40 is housed at our St. Joseph campus in Westchester and is led by Heidi Bellm, West40's Principal Champion of Experiences.

“When you place an order with StitchED, your order becomes a part of a student’s story,” Bellm said. “You’ll be investing in students who are learning what it means to work hard and create something meaningful.”

Students and their mentors operate a high-tech embroidery machine that can produce professional, custom embroidery for apparel such as polos, hoodies, hats and jackets. They can also customize accessories, including bags and backpacks.
