    Professional Learning Specialist DR. NIMISHA DR. NIMISHA < Back DR. NIMISHA BHATT Professional Learning Specialist Nimisha Bhatt, Ed.D. is a seasoned educator with over 32 years of experience in teaching, school leadership, curriculum coordination, and continuous improvement consulting within schools across Missouri and Illinois. Her dedication to transforming schools with the highest needs drives her work at West40, where she excels in supporting schools and districts with expertise in organizational leadership, continuous improvement processes, teacher effectiveness, and ensuring equitable opportunities for all students in curriculum, instruction, and assessment. Dr. Bhatt earned her doctorate in Educational Leadership, Administration and Supervision from Loyola University, and holds both a master’s and specialist’s degree in Educational Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Bhatt takes great joy in being a mom and cherishing quality time with her adult children, nieces, and nephews—often engaging in board and card game sessions. Gina also supports the West40 Professional Learning Team by co-facilitating the HR Network and delivering evaluation recertification Administrator Academies. Prior to joining the West40 team, Gina worked in elementary education for more than 25 years as a teacher, assistant principal and principal.
